Terms and Conditions


  • Must be 21 years or older to participate in any alcohol-related benefits of the Dunes NFT Mug Club. 

  • Memberships are available for purchase only at https://www.voice.com/dunesbrewing. 

  • Must show proof of ownership to redeem benefits. 

  • To activate your Dunes NFT Mug Club Membership, please complete the following two steps:

  • Email NFT@dunesbrewing.com with your name, Voice username, email address and phone number. This information will be kept on record to verify ownership and inform you of Dunes NFT Mug Club Updates.

  • Please visit Dunes Brewing at 59 Dunlawton Ave. in Port Orange, FL  to redeem your 24oz mug. 

  • Tangible NFT benefits are listed on https://www.voice.com/dunesbrewing.

  • Expiration dates as follows: Special on 10/31/2023; Rare on 10/31/2024; Ultra Rare on10/31/2027.

  • Digital Nonfungible Token does not expire.

  • Mug Club Memberships belong to the registered owner of the NFT. 

  • If you choose to resell your Dunes Mug Club NFT, you forfeit ownership and benefits. 

  • Your 24 oz Mug is non-transferable in lieu of sale.

  • Mugs must be kept on premises to qualify for 24 oz pour. 

  • If  your mug is removed from Dunes Brewing, this membership benefit is forfeited.

  • If you break a mug, you will be required to pay for a new one.

  • If we break your mug, we’ll gladly provide you with a new one.

  • Dunes Brewing reserves the right to update or alter rules, policies, and benefits and revoke membership without refund.

  • All offers are subject to change without notice.

  • By signing up for Dunes NFT Mug Club, you agree to receive communications via email from Dunes Brewing. 

  • Once a limited release sells out, we will establish a waitlist for future releases. 

  • If you would like your 24oz Dunes Mug shipped to you, please include a note in your original email. 

  • If purchased offline at Dunes Brewing, all additional mug club benefits (excluding 24 oz for 16 oz beer) are void. 

  • Offers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
